The Kingham Plough Farmers Market
Sunday 6th May
Join us at our annual Farmers Market – a fantastic, fun-filled family event boasting a selection of food stalls, bars, hog roast and a bouncy castle for the kids. Kicking off at 10:30, it’s always a great day out.
Guest Chef Dinners
(£45 per person for 3 course dinner with canapes, coffee and petit fours)
Wednesday 6th June
Guest Chef, Kota’s Jude Kereama, will serve a delicious three course dinner on Wednesday the 6th June. Passionate about local produce, Jude’s menu is sure to feature his signature Asian twist.
Tuesday 3rd July
Guest Chef Josh Eggleton returns to The Kingham Plough for a second Guest Chef Dinner. As the Chef Patron at the Michelin starred Pony & Trap, this year he saw the pub come 2nd in the Top 50 gastropubs for 2018.
Thursday 18th September
Jesse Dunford Wood, Chef Proprietor at the award winning Parlour, jwill be here on Thursday the 18th September. Jessie is well known for his numerous TV appearances and boasts an impressive background which includes working in 2 starred Gidleigh Park and Le Gavroche. 2017 also saw the publication of his book ‘Modern British Food: Recipes from Parlour’.
Pub in the Park
8th – 10th June
Emily and her team will be part of Tom Kerridge’s Pub in the Park, held in Bath on the 8th – 10th June. Tom has hand picked his favourite pubs to join him throughout the weekend. From pop-up pubs and bars to masterclasses and artisan producers, you will find the very best food and drink that the UK has to offer. The Kingham Plough’s pop up pub will offer 3 delicious dishes that are truly representative of the pub’s passion for seasonality and provenance.
Kingham Plough Dining Events
Emily’s new Head Chef, Darren Brown, offers customers the opportunity to sample the delicious, seasonal produce that the Cotswolds has to offer in his series of set 3 course dining events scheduled throughout the year. Darren brings with him a wealth of experience having an extremely prestigious background having worked in restaurants including The Lanseborough, Monsieur Max (working with Tom Kerridge) & West Stoke House, where he earned a Michelin star.
Spring Vegetable Feast
17th May (£40 per person)
Darren’s menu will celebrate the fantastic spring vegetables available, including asparagus, jersey royals, wild garlic as well as local producer, Alan Cox’s, exceptional strawberries
16th August (£45 per person)
This seasonal menu will feature delicious shellfish and freshly gathered sea herbs.
4th October (£40 per person)
The three course dinner will showcase locally foraged mushrooms, nuts, berries and fruits, as well as delicious English truffles

Masterclasses with Emily Watkins
