Tariff

All our room rates include breakfast and VAT.

Main House
Large double/twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms - £125 per room, per night.  (Single Occupancy - £100 per room, per night.) 

Standard double/twin Rooms with en-suite bathrooms - £110 per room, per night.  (Single Occupancy of these rooms - £80 per room, per night.)  

Annexe
Double/Twin Rooms with en-suite shower rooms - £85 per room, per night.  (Single Occupancy of these rooms - £70 per room, per night.) 

Please note:  We are unable to offer the single occupancy rate on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Children
A couple of our larger rooms will accommodate a cot or “Z” bed at an additional charge of £15 per night. We also have two rooms linked by a small landing where children could occupy the twin room and parents in the neighbouring double.

Dogs
Guests bringing dogs are asked to book into the annexe rooms where they are given as much comfort as their owners. A bed, bowl and bone will await them. Please do ask for suggested walks direct from the pub. There is an additional charge of £10 per night.

Confirmation of Reservations: We require credit card details to confirm any reservation.  A deposit of £50 will be taken for each room booked in the main house and £40 for each room booked in the annexe.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least one weeks notice of any cancellation and, where this is the case, the deposit will be refunded.  However, in the case of cancellation within a week of check-in, the deposit will not be refunded but will be kept on account for the guest to be used as a deposit for a future booking within one year of the original check-in date.  If cancellation is within 48 hours of arrival, guests will be charged for the first nights accommodation.
