Tom, as he is known in the kitchen, joined the team in 2015 as Sous Chef. In April 2017 he took over from Emily as the chef for The Kingham Plough. He now writes the menus as well as running the kitchen, ensuring that it is always running efficiently at a very high standard. He has an accomplished background, having worked at Bohemia in Jersey for several years and then at 21212 in Edinburgh.
As well as being a highly skilled chef, he shares Emily’s passion for using seasonal and local produce and is looking forward to bringing his own style to Emily’s foundation of 3 AA Rosette cooking that has been here since 2007.
