With an extremely prestigious back ground in restaurants including The Lanseborough, Monsieur Max (working with Tom Kerridge) & West Stoke House, where he earned a Michelin star, we are extremely lucky that Darren has decided to settle the Cotswolds bringing his talent and personality to The Kingham Plough.
Darren and Emily share a passion for using the amazing ingredients found in the region from vegetables to meat, charcuterie to cheese. However, it is wonderful to see his interpretation on the menu here. He has a strong relationship with his suppliers and his team, ensuring that the customers get the very best modern British food using only the highest quality ingredients.
